What do I need to rent a car?

You’ll need a valid driver’s license, proof of identity (passport or ID card), and a debit or credit card in your name. Drivers must also meet our minimum age requirement of the vehicle (varies)

Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?


Yes. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pick-up qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before pick-up are non-refundable.

Do I need to pay a deposit?


A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental. The amount depends on the vehicle type and will be released within 14 days after the car is returned in the same condition. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more.

Can I extend my rental period?


Absolutely. If you need the vehicle for longer, please contact us before your rental ends. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability, and additional charges may apply.

Is there a mileage limit on rentals?


Most rentals include unlimited mileage, so you can drive without worry. Some special vehicles may have mileage limits, which will always be clearly stated before booking.
