Terms and Conditions:

• Smoking in our Vehicles will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Use of Drugs and Alcohol while renting with us will be dealt with the highest of seriousness. 

• Repossession, total loss of deposit and total loss of daily rate will occur, and in serious cases, prosecution will be actioned. 

• Sub-hire will lead to immediate repossession of the vehicle and full loss of deposit and daily payment. 

• Violations of Ts&Cs and our written contract will result in immediate repossession of the vehicle and total deposit of deposit and daily pay. 

• At BKR, all of our vehicles are fitted with the latest and leading tracking and immobilisation systems. This is to ensure full security with our vehicles. 

• As a client, you will bear full responsibility for any vehicle you rent, and remain liable for any fines, tickets and damages whether at fault or not. 

Deposit:

• Deposits are mandatory on all vehicles. This is to deter foul misuse of our vehicles, and can also serve as subtraction to any fines or tickets incurred. 

• Upon return of the vehicle, 50% of the deposit will be returned once the vehicle is confirmed to be in good order. 

• The remaining 50% will be held for a minimum of 14 days to cover any tickets caught via camera operation. Any outstanding amount after this time period will be returned after this period.

Damages:

• Damages are recorded via video taken by both BKR and the client should they wish to do so. This is done on both collection and return of the vehicles. 

• The cost of damages can be covered with the use of your deposit. 

• Damages that exceed the initial deposit will be charged to the driver on record. 

• Prices of repairs will be calculated by our own trusted body shops. The use of third party or self repair will not be tolerated. 

Speeding:

• We operate on a three strike system regarding speeding. Our vehicles are fitted with equipment that will notify us of excessive speeding.

• Warnings will occur twice and repossession will occur on the third instance of speeding, as well as total loss of deposit and daily rate. 

• Instances of serious speeding offences may overrule the three strike system and lead to immediate repossession and total loss of deposit and daily rate.
